OPEN CURLING/LEARN TO CURL
Hosted by the Florida Panthers Curling Club, all skill levels (ages 18 and up) are welcome as beginners will learn the basics while more experienced players can participate in matches.
The Learn To Curl program covers topics such as ice safety, rules, terminology, and strategy while letting you practice various elements of the game. Certified instructors will ensure you have a safe and enjoyable learning experience. Meanwhile, for more seasoned veterans, players will team up in an open format and play in matches.
All participants should wear warm, loose-fitting clothing and clean, flat-soled shoes. (Sneakers are okay.) The Florida Panthers IceDen will provide all necessary equipment.
Cost: $25 in advance; $35 at the door. (Includes a draft beer!)

Wednesday nights from 9:00pm – 11:00pm
Presented by the Florida Panthers Curling Club, the IceDen’s curling league will consist of 8 – 10 teams of four players each. (Balanced teams will be formed prior to the first week of games. Pre-formed teams are also welcome.) The league will feature 8 weeks of regular season play plus two weeks of playoffs. All players must have prior curling experience or have attended a “Learn To Curl” session at the Florida Panthers IceDen.
League Fee: $275 per player (includes official USA Curling/GNCC membership)
